Job Description

Trioka Brand Communications will work closely with the client and be involved in all the brand building activities of the firm. Agency will work towards increasing the availability, visibility, acceptability and goodwill of the brand among target consumers.

Core functions

1.       Agency will  create identity elements for all brands/sub brands launched
2.       Will take care of all marketing communication activities
3.       Will help the marketing team in setting up sales network
4.       Will do follow ups with sales team to optimise performance

Detailed roles

Brand identity activities
1.       Preparing brand Identity kit including brand/sub brand name, logo, etc
2.       Prepare brand book for each brand
3.       Designing of packaging
4.       Create fool proof system with keyline and check list for packs
5.       Provide brand building suggestions
6.       Competition pack analysis
7.       Competition brand promise analysis

Marketing communications
1.       Preparing POP and outdoor designs – including posters, shelf stickers,            glow signs and hoardings   
2.       Preparing TVC Concept and coordinating and supervising shoot
3.       Press/magazine ad concept and release
4.       Media planning and buying
5.       Market studies to understand consumer and plan activities
6.       Coordination for sales promotion
7.       Coordination for below the line advertising
8.       Social Media Marketing & Digital PR
9.       Media analysis – figures from Adex
10.     Competition promotion analysis
11.     Compilation of competition ad bank – from Internet and TV AdIndx
12.     Compilation of competition pack bank – from field

Setting up network
1.       Preparing presentations for prospective distributors
2.       Help in sourcing of distributor – ads or any other means
3.       Distributor form design
4.       Distributor certificate design
5.       Help in interviewing of distributor
6.       Organise signing of agreement
7.       Sourcing of marketing people – ads other methods
8.       Preparation of job description for each position
